Key deliverables include: developing a governance model, documenting project goals and objectives, defining project scope, and overseeing launch of Deployment Excellence plans.

Deployment Excellence – Establish a structured approach for making changes to effectively implement new technology and processes to reduce risk of low user adoption. Develop a comprehensive plan and supporting deliverables to promote broad organizational acceptance through marketing, communications, and training for the community who will be using the new system.
